In the first quarter of 2021 Krynica Vitamin SA, reported PLN 84,7 million in sales revenue (up by 23 percent y/y). Despite the reconstruction of the production lines in the plant in Podlasie, it was a record result for the first quarter in the history of the Company. In Q1 2021 Krynica Vitamin enjoyed PLN 5,1 mln EBITDA (up by 28 percent y/y) and a net profit of PLN 1,6 mln (comparing to loss of PLN 56 000 in Q1 2020).

Krynica Vitamin has been growing rapidly. Company products are present in less than 40 countries around the world. Export revenues in the first quarter of 2021 contributed to more than 78 percent (up by 30 percent y/y), thanks to, first of all, the export of hard seltzer beverages to the United States. Actually, Germany and The US are the main foreign markets.

Krynica Vitamin invests heavily. In 2020, Krynica Vitamin has invested PLN 16m in development. This year the funds allocated for investments are to be doubled. A total of up to PLN 38m is being talked about. The company plans to acquire external financing in part. The funds will be allocated for the reconstruction of the production lines in the plant in Podlasie and the expansion of the chemical-cosmetic part in Niechcice.
